Your products are shipped from China?

No, all shipping it’s made only from Switzerland.

Can I order and pick up the product from your office?

We do apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer this service at the moment. All units are shipped directly from our safe storage to the buyer. Due to security concerns & policy, the location of our storage it’s kept private.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing takes between 1 to 5 days (exceptions are made for bulk orders).  All shipping it’s FREE (international as well), via air freight with insurance. We use DHL or FedEx Express for shipping only. Delivery is usually between 2 to 6 business days, depending upon your location. However, delivery time can be longer, due to logistics or custom/import events that are out of our control.

About warranty?

We are offering 6 moths full warranty to all our products. However, we do offer the possibility of warranty extension after original purchase. There are no repair costs for any units under warranty. 

Are the machines brand new?

All units are brand new and factory sealed in the box. We do not sell any used or aftermarket equipment/hardware of any kind.

Do you accept returns or refund requests?

Yes, we do in the first 30 days from receiving the machine.  5% processing fee will be deducted from the original price. For example: $16000 worth of equipment, you will receive back in your wallet $15200. This is an industry standard and we are not flexible. Shipping/returning back to us any type of equipment, will be covered 100%  by our company (including shipping insurance).

Custom/Duty/Import Tax and VAT (sales tax).

Prices include sales tax (VAT). Duties are covered within our quoted price, and Bestminers.io handles all logistics in collaboration with the shipping company. We are trying to arrange the shipment all the way to your door (A few exceptions are made, where certain legislations are applied by local Government).

Payment types?

As a company that sells crypto mining machines, we encourage customers to use crypto coin payment. For each order, a new generated Bitcoin payment address with the exact amount will be created. PayPal/Cash/Bank/Card/Escrow or any other types of payments are not accepted.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice can be also viewed from your account 24/7.

Can I pay my own VAT?

Yes, you can. If your business is in Switzerland and you have a VAT business number. Please contact us, before payment with your VAT number and company information. We will deduct the VAT and update the invoice, before payment it’s made.

I would like to purchase a high number of machines, do I get a discount?

Yes, you will definitely get a discount. Please contact us with your request and we will work with you. 

Why you don’t have a Skype, WhatsApp or phone number?

We are using, only encrypted email service, for the following reasons:

Fast response, while offering the best customer service experience.

Avoid any misunderstandings and keeping track of the conversation at all times.

Keeping your information 100% safe, we do not share your information with government agencies of any country or any other entity of any kind.
